Each tablet contains:
3 mg Melatonin
Melatonin 3mg tablets is our highest potency option. Each tablet contains 3 mg of pure, high quality melatonin in a base of cellulose.
Suggested Usage: Adults take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime as directed by physician only. May be taken sublingually by allowing tablet to dissolve in mouth or with water or juice.
Sublingual Melatonin Scored, 1 mg tablets is our most flexible melatonin product. These fast-release tablets can be dissolved in the mouth for quickest action or swallowed as desired. Scored tablets break in half easily for adjustment of intake for individual need. Mannitol and xylitol base. Vanilla flavor.

PS...He slept all night

He does have to take 2 and I only need one. You will wake up in the morning in disbelief at how well you slept!

I have personally tried several melatonin products and this is definitely the best! Literally disappears under your tongue before you even think about it and when you do think about it you find it's gone! My husband has a habit of waking up at 3:30 in the morning about 70% of the time. Now, as long as he takes this product, he doesn't. He's a major "doubting Thomas" and he still hasn't said anything, but he keeps using it! I can't believe he slept through the night from day one.
