How To Make Herbal Tea

DELICIOUS TEA RECIPES FOR YOUR HEALTH

 

  • BURDOCK ROOT - liver cleanser also reduces jaundice and inflammation!

Suggested Use: 1 cup 2x day.

1 lb = 4 cups = 16 quarts = 64 cups = 1 bag is a one month supply!

  1. Bring 2 quarts water to a boil
  2. Add 1/2 cup burdock root and cover
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour.

 

  • CATS CLAW - a world-class herb with the power to arrest and reverse chronic illness!

Suggested Use: 1 cup 2x day, in late afternoon.

1 lb = 1 bag is a 2+ months supply! 

  1. Place 1 tbsp. of Cats Claw in a coffee maker
    1. Add 2 – 3 cups water and let it brew just like coffee
    2. Drink hot or cold.
  • DANDELION ROOT – removes toxins from your blood and reduces brain fog!

Suggested Use: 1 quart / day.

1 lb bag = 4 cups = 16 qts = 1 bag is a 16 day supply! 

      Store in Freezer to keep dandelion pest free!

  1. Fill a 2 qt pan with distilled water
  2. Cover, bring to boil
  3. Rinse ½ cup dandelion root with distilled water through a strainer
  4. Add dandelion root to boiling water and re-cover
  5. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour
  6. Pour tea through a strainer into a container
  7. Cool, refrigerate and enjoy!

Note:  You may mix Dandelion and Licorice when making these teas.

 

  • HYSSOP TEA – energizes and cleanses!

            Suggested Use: 2 qts / day for 3 days, once per month; avoid meat & dairy.

1 lb bag = 10 cups = 20 qts = 1 bag is a 3 months supply!

  1. Fill a 2 qt pan with distilled water
  2. Cover, bring to boil
  3. Add 1 cup hyssop to boiling water and re-cover
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour
  5. Pour tea through a strainer into a container
  6. Cool, refrigerate and enjoy!

 

  • LICORICE TEA – glycyrrhizin, a great anti-viral!

Suggested Use: ½ quart / day.

1 lb bag = 6.5 cups = 26 qts = 52 days at ½ qt/day

  1. Fill a 2 qt pan with distilled water
  2. Cover, bring to boil
  3. Add ½ cup licorice to boiling water and re-cover
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 1 hour
  5. Pour tea through a strainer into a container
  6. Cool, refrigerate and enjoy!

Note:  Do not take Licorice capsules and tea if you have high blood pressure!

 

  • MILK THISTLE – regenerates your liver and can help reverse cirrhosis!

Suggested Use: 1 quart/ day.

1 lb bag = 3.5 cups = 14 qts = 1 bag is a 14 day supply!

  1. Fill a 2 qt pan with distilled water
  2. Cover, bring to boil
  3. Thoroughly rinse ½ cup milk thistle with distilled water through a strainer
  4. Add milk thistle to boiling water
  5. Turn down heat to lowest flame and recover
  6. Simmer (barely bubbling) for one hour
  7. Add water as it evaporates to keep liquid at 2 qt level
  8. Pour tea through a strainer into a container (you may add water to the seeds and re-strain if necessary in order to fill the 2 qt container)
  9. Cool, refrigerate and enjoy!  (It is normal for it to appear milky once it cools)

 

  • REISHI MUSHROOM (DRIED) TEA - immune boost and anti-viral! 

Suggested Use: 2 cups / day, add honey for a sweeter taste.

1 bag = 1 month supply

  1. Place 25 Reishi slices in 8 cups distilled water
  2. Let soak overnight (6+ hours)
  3. Put directly on stove top and simmer 45 minutes
  4. Remove from heat and drink, hot or cold.

NOTEYOU MUST USE A GLASS CONTAINER TO BREW THIS TEA.

An 8+ cup glass coffee pot works fine or we sell one.
