All orders of "XtraCell Products" to the continental US

Any order being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States will have shipping charges added to the bill after we calculate them in the office. Shipping charges for these orders will not apear on your bill at check out.

frozen items will incur a $55 dollar shipping fee per order

Aloe
shipping charges for Raw Aloe cases are $25 for each case.

U.S. ORDERS 

FROZEN NATCELL PRODUCTS:  Within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii – some packages will be sent UPS ground where appropriate and some Fed Ex 2 day. We are happy to provide Overnight shipping.  FEDEX Overnight service Delivery to remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska may take 2 days in which case ample dry ice is used in consideration for the time in transit issue.  Cost will be calculated by Fed Ex and the exact charge will be charged for overnight.  Saturday Delivery is an additional $10.00 where available.
Your Bill will be adjusted to reflect the actual cost.

NON-FROZEN PRODUCTS:  Non-Frozen orders worth less than $130, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via U.S Postal Service-Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders worth over $130 are shipped via UPS 3-Day Select and/or Ground depending on destination. Orders that are drop shipped, such as Metagenics, products, are shipped via UPS Ground, in accordance with their shipping guidelines. 

Non U.S. ORDERS
When shipping international orders we give you the option of how you want your order shipped due to the cost.

If you select a shipping method that does not provide a tracking number, we are not responsible for it.
We advise using Express mail as this service provides a tracking number.   1^st calls mail and priority mail may offer a number but they do not work other than saying it left or was received.

FROZEN NATCELL PRODUCTS:  All frozen orders are shipped overnight via FEDEX. First, we will contact FedEx for any product restriction. If there are no restrictions, ample dry ice will be used in consideration for the time in transit. EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS WILL APPLY DEPENDING UPON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE SHIPMENT.

NON-FROZEN PRODUCTS:  All Non-Frozen orders, including Lloyd's Programs 1-5, are shipped and insured via U.S. Postal Service-Express Mail Service. This method is trackable online at usps.com. Additional Shipping and Handling will be incurred depending upon the value and weight of the product. The estimated time of delivery is between 3-5 days pending no delays in Customs. 

We offer other less expensive shipping methods:

FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL, ETA 11-20 days (not trackable online)
GLOBAL PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL, ETA 6-10 days (not trackable on line)

NOTE: Before submitting your order, please be sure to indicate the preferred method of shipment in the "ADDITIONAL COMMENTS" section of the CHECKOUT page. The cost depends upon the value and weight of the product. You will be notified by email or by phone of the complete shipping cost prior to shipping your order.
