Shipping Guidelines

U.S. ORDERS
"frozen" natcell PRODUCTS Within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii – FEDEX Overnight service Delivery to remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska may take 2 days in which case ample dry ice is used in consideration for the time in transit issue.

"NON-FROZEN" PRODUCTS Non-Frozen orders worth less than $130, unless otherwise specified, will be shipped via U.S Postal Service-Priority Mail. Orders worth over $130 are shipped via UPS 3-Day Select and/or Ground depending on destination. Orders that are drop shipped, such as Metagenics, products, are shipped via UPS Ground, in accordance with their shipping guidelines.

FOREIGN ORDERS
"frozen" natcell PRODUCTS All FROZEN orders are shipped overnight via FEDEX. First, we will contact FedEx for any product restriction. If there are no restrictions, ample dry ice will be used in consideration for the time in transit. EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS WILL APPLY DEPENDING UPON THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE SHIPMENT. "NON-FROZEN" PRODUCTS All Non-Frozen orders, including Lloyd's Programs 1-5, are shipped and insured via U.S. Postal Service-Express Mail Service. This method is trackable online at usps.com. Additional Shipping and Handling will be incurred depending upon the value and weight of the product. The estimated time of delivery is between 3-5 days pending no delays in Customs.

GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL, ETA 4-6 days (not trackable on line)
AIRMAIL PARCEL POST, ETA 4-10 days (not trackable on line)

NOTE: Before submitting your order, please be sure to indicate the preferred method of shipment in the "ADDITIONAL COMMENTS" section of the CHECKOUT page. The cost depends upon the value and weight of the product. You will be notified by email or by phone of the complete shipping cost prior shipping your order.

Some Specials receive FREE Shipping when explicitly stated

Any order being shiped to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the United States will have shipping charges added to the bill after we calculate them in the office. Shipping charges for these orders will not apear on your bill at check out.

frozen items will incur a 48 dollar shipping fee per order + 1 dollar for each item ordered

Bulk Herbs
shipping charges for Bulk Herbs start at $6.60 + 2 dollars for each additional Bulk Item.

Bottles
shipping charges for bottled items start at $5.95 + 1 dollar for each additional bottle.

Aloe Items
shipping charges for Aloe items start at $23.45 + 18.50 for each additional Aloe Item.
