or 1 mg Melatonin

We offer a choice of two different melatonin potencies for those who wish to supplement their body's own production. Melatonin 3mg tablets is our highest potency option. Each tablet contains 3 mg of pure, high quality melatonin in a base of cellulose.

Suggested Usage: Adults take 1 tablet 1 hour before bedtime as directed by physician only. May be taken sublingually by allowing tablet to dissolve in mouth or with water or juice.

Sublingual Melatonin Scored, 1 mg tablets is our most flexible melatonin product. These fast-release tablets can be dissolved in the mouth for quickest action or swallowed as desired. Scored tablets break in half easily for adjustment of intake for individual need. Mannitol and xylitol base. Vanilla flavor.
